Practical learning tracks, built for healthcare

Fida is structured as two sequential tracks of short, interactive modules. AI Ready is the safe foundation everyone completes; AI Skilled builds effective, everyday use on top of it.

What participants work through

Select a track to see the curriculum below.

AI Ready

The foundation: everyone completes this track first.

≈ 30 to 45 minutes, in short sessions

Modules

1

Getting to know the AI coach

5 Min

How generative AI tools produce answers, and why that matters in care.

2

Privacy

10 Min

How to prepare data safely for AI.

3

Bias

10 Min

Recognising and correcting bias.

4

Hallucinations

10 Min

Recognising and preventing hallucinations.

Learning outcome

By the end of AI Ready, your team recognises privacy and data risks, uses generative AI with respect for patient information, and knows how to spot bias and hallucinations before they reach a decision.

Short exercises, immediate feedback

A conversational learning experience: users practise, get corrected and build the right reflexes.

Bite-sized modules

Designed around healthcare practice, where time is scarce. No full-day training sessions needed.

Sessions of roughly 10 to 15 minutes, picked up and put down between shifts.

Interactive with immediate feedback

People actively practise instead of passively consuming information.

The coach responds to what someone actually writes, and corrects unsafe input on the spot.

Matched to your work

Exercises and examples connect to each person's professional role.

The same learning goal, rehearsed in the scenario that fits the role.

The same learning goal, in your own working reality

Participants choose the role that best represents them. The learning goal stays the same; the scenario, context, language and examples change.

1

Clinician

Physicians, medical specialists, physician assistants. Cases on clinical documentation, patient communication and clinical decision-making.

‘ *'My patient Jan de Vries (68 years old, admitted to ward C3 with BSN 123456789) has type 2 diabetes and takes metformin. He complains of having stomach issues. What can I do?'*  Rewrite the question so that it does not point to this patient.'

2

The Care Team

Nurses, care assistants, allied health. Cases on reporting, handover and daily care communication.

‘Write a prompt to announce the new infection control policy on your unit, covering hand hygiene, PPE, and cleaning equipment, before next month's audit.’

3

Patient Services

Administrative and support roles. Cases on scheduling, correspondence and internal processes.

‘ Working in patient services, you might use AI to quickly look something up: a work agreement, a rule, or a retention period. What do you think: How would you notice that an AI answer is fabricated? ’

4

Business Operations

Management, HR, procurement, quality. Cases on policy, contracts, HR processes and internal communications.

‘You are a team leader and it is time for the annual team outing. Last week, you emailed a proposal to your manager Karin. Now you want to create an invitation for your team using AI. Create the appropriate prompt’

Custom roles for your organisation

Roles that only exist in your organisation, or teams with their own procedures, can be added and customised with their own cases.

Built to train at scale, strengthened in person

Fida is designed primarily to train large numbers of staff through online, bite-sized modules. Its impact can be strengthened with in-person formats.

Online modules

Primary format

The core of Fida: short, interactive sessions people complete in their own time, at their own pace, in their own role.

Online modules

Workshops

In person

A guided Fida session at your organisation or AI event. AI Ready or AI Skilled as a single 90-minute session, with room for additional theory and discussion.

Internal rollout

We train your internal trainers and hand over the materials so your organisation can run sessions by itself.
